Criteria used to judge the Circle of Excellence Award candidates include relentless advertising of patient-driven excellence; conversation skills; accurate collaboration; effective decision producing; meaningful acknowledgement of others; ability to transform thinking, processes and structures; and ability to address difficulties and remove barriers to exceptional patient care and achieve tangible results through leadership.Founder-entrepreneurs Fabio Fioravanti and Gaspar DeViedma will remain with the business as Controlling Directors of Research, Development & Global and Procedures Commercialization, respectively.
