These outstanding caregivers from 16 states receive this coveted award for attaining exceptional outcomes in the care of acutely and critically ill patients and their families. Criteria used to judge the Circle of Excellence Award candidates include relentless advertising of patient-driven excellence; conversation skills; accurate collaboration; effective decision producing; meaningful acknowledgement of others; ability to transform thinking, processes and structures; and ability to address difficulties and remove barriers to exceptional patient care and achieve tangible results through leadership.Founder-entrepreneurs Fabio Fioravanti and Gaspar DeViedma will remain with the business as Controlling Directors of Research, Development & Global and Procedures Commercialization, respectively.
